Who we are

Easy Coloring Sheets (“we”, “us”) publishes original coloring sheets at https://easycoloringsheets.com. You can browse themes, open a sheet, and download a PDF with no account and no email sign-up.

What this site collects

We do not ask visitors to create an account, subscribe, or leave a name, email address, or phone number in order to use the site or download a PDF. Search is a simple on-site query; it is not a contact form.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically receive technical request data so the site can load and stay secure. That typically includes:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, device type, and general operating-system information
• The page requested, referring URL, and date/time of the request
• Basic error or performance logs used to keep the site available

We use this information to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to build profiles of children, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set first-party account or login cookies. Third-party tools listed below may set cookies, pixels, or local storage in your browser when their scripts load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some measurement or advertising features may then not work.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-M89844NJ) to load measurement tags in a controlled way. If Google Analytics is configured for the site, it may collect aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate geographic region, device category, and how visitors arrive at the site.

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC. Google’s own privacy policy describes how Google processes this data. We use Analytics to improve content and site performance — for example, to see which coloring themes parents look for — not to identify a child.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

The site is built with a small number of reserved, labeled ad placements (leaderboard, in-grid, rectangle, and footer). We do not use Google auto ads or other full-page ad sprays. Advertisements are hidden when a coloring sheet is printed.

Ads stay off until we turn them on after Google AdSense approval. When ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure whether ads were shown. Google may receive the page URL, your IP address, and cookie identifiers as part of that process.

Because this library is used around children’s activities, we intend to keep ads family-friendly and limited to those fixed slots. Google’s advertising policies still apply to the ads Google shows. If we later use another display partner (for example Mediavine), that partner’s privacy notice will also apply to ads they serve. We will update this page if that happens.

Other third parties

We rely on vendors to run the site. They process data only as needed to provide their service:

• Hosting and deployment (currently Vercel and the site’s DNS/hosting provider) — page requests and server logs
• Sanity — CMS and image/PDF file delivery for coloring sheets we publish
• Google (Tag Manager, optional Analytics, optional AdSense) — measurement and advertising as described above
• Pinterest (hover Save / Rich Pins script) — may load when you view pages with pin-able images so you can save a pin; we do not run the Pinterest ads tag

These companies have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they use data they collect under those policies.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Easy Coloring Sheets is a printables library. The intended users are adults — parents, teachers, and caregivers — who download pages for children to color offline. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not offer child accounts, messaging, comments, profiles, or any feature that asks a child for a name, email, photo, or location. PDF downloads are ungated. If a child uses a shared family device to open this site, we still do not request their personal information.

If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email us at the address below and we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

How we use information

We use the limited technical and measurement data described above to:

• Deliver pages, PDFs, and images
• Keep the site secure and diagnose errors
• Understand which themes and pages are helpful
• Serve and measure the fixed ad placements if advertising is enabled
• Respond when you email us (for example a privacy or DMCA request)

When you email us

If you write to [email protected] (privacy questions, copyright/DMCA notices, or other requests), we receive whatever you include in that message — typically your email address, name, and the content of the request. We use that only to reply and to handle the request. We keep correspondence as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

How long we keep data

Server and analytics logs are retained according to our hosting and Google Analytics settings, generally on a rolling window rather than indefinitely. Email you send us is kept for as long as the conversation and any legal hold require. We do not maintain a marketing list from site visits because the site does not collect emails for a newsletter.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. We share technical or request data with the service providers listed above so they can operate the site, measure usage, or (when enabled) show ads. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and our visitors.

Your choices

You can browse and download without creating an account. You may block cookies in your browser, use a tracking-prevention setting, or opt out of personalized Google ads via Google Ad Settings. You can also email us to ask what information we have from a message you sent, or to ask us to delete that correspondence where we are not required to keep it.

International visitors

The site is operated from the United States and is aimed at English-speaking families and classrooms. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. The current version always lives at https://easycoloringsheets.com/privacy.
