15 Monkey Coloring Pages

There are more than 260 kinds of monkeys. Monkeys from Central and South America, like spider monkeys and capuchins, often have prehensile tails that can grip branches like an extra hand. Monkeys from Africa and Asia, like baboons and macaques, cannot grip with their tails. Most monkeys eat fruit, leaves, seeds and insects, not just bananas. This collection features monkeys in trees and with snacks. A monkey hangs from a vine, climbs a palm tree, eats a banana on a stump, holds a banana and holds a flower. A banana monkey and a mandala monkey offer different styles, and a cute monkey and cute baby monkey suit toddlers. Many monkeys are brown with a lighter tan face, belly and paws. Yellow bananas, green palm leaves and brown vines complete the jungle. Kids can talk about how monkeys use their hands and tails to climb. These pages are fun for zoo trips and rainforest lessons.
