10 Jungle Animal Coloring Pages

Tropical rainforests cover only a small part of Earth's surface, yet they are home to around half of all the world's plant and animal species. The Amazon rainforest in South America is the largest, and rainforests in Africa and Asia hold animals like gorillas, elephants and tigers. Many rainforest animals live high in the trees, and some never touch the ground. This set gathers jungle animals in one place. A jaguar, a tiger, an elephant, a gorilla, a monkey, a sloth and a chameleon each get their own page, along with a cute parrot and a cute toucan. Kids can learn where each animal lives: jaguars, sloths and toucans in Central and South America, gorillas in Africa and tigers in Asia. Bright jungle colors work well, like a rainbow toucan beak, a red and blue parrot, an orange tiger and a green chameleon. Layered green leaves and hanging vines complete each scene.
