15 Lemur Coloring Pages

Lemurs live in the wild only on Madagascar, a large island off the east coast of Africa. Ring-tailed lemurs are famous for their black and white striped tails, which they hold up high while walking so their group can stay together. They also sunbathe in the morning, sitting with arms open wide to warm up, a pose that looks a bit like meditation. This set features playful lemurs. A lemur raises its arms on a branch, wears a leaf crown, sits on a stump with leaves, holds a maple leaf and meditates in a sunbathing pose. A mango mandala page is detailed for older kids. A baby lemur and two cute lemur pages are easy for young children. Ring-tailed lemurs are gray with a white face, black eye patches and a long tail with alternating black and white rings, and their eyes are orange. Kids can count the tail rings, which usually number around 13 white and 14 black.
