16 Bull Coloring Pages

A bull is an adult male of cattle. Bulls are strong and muscular, with thick necks and, in many breeds, curved horns. A popular myth says bulls get angry at the color red, but cattle cannot really see red well. In bullfighting, it is the movement of the cape, not its color, that catches the bull's attention. This collection shows bulls on the farm and in silly scenes. A bull stands in a field, beside a barn and silo, on a ridge, by a fence post and under a bridge arch. Playful pages put bulls on hay bales, a rock stack and a pile of books, near a lantern post, flying a kite and holding a balloon string. A baby bull, called a calf, is included for young kids. Bulls are often black, brown, reddish or white, and many have pale tan or ivory horns. Green fields, red barns and a blue sky make the farm scenes cheerful.
Four easy farm friends
Every page here is easy, so the choice comes down to style. Baby Bull and Cute Bull Character have the fewest inner lines and suit ages 3 to 6. Cute Bull adds a laughing mouth and a few fur marks. Bull in Field is the only one with scenery, with grass blades and small flowers that give kids around 4 to 7 a little more to do.
Farm or ranch storytelling
Lay the four sheets side by side and let kids decide how the calves know each other. Maybe the upright bull is the big brother and the laughing calf just heard a joke. Color Bull in Field as their home pasture, then draw a fence, a barn or a water trough in the empty space on the other pages so every calf has its own spot on the ranch.
